RICH DILLON - is the founder of Forgiven 4, and one of the finest Bass singers in our region.  His low range and smooth tones are a blessing to audiences everywhere.  His voice is only surpassed by his powerful testimony, which he shares frequently in concerts.  Rich loves to sing about Jesus, and he and his wife, Debbie, reside in Gallipolis, OH.

RANDY PARSONS - sings Lead in the group.   His experience in Southern Gospel music is extensive, including 10 years employment in Christian radio with the Joy-FM Radio Network.  He is also an ordained Minister and former pastor.  A native of Point Pleasant, WV, Randy and his Sheila reside in Buffalo, WV.

RUSTY PHILLIPS - has held the tenor position for some of the historic quartets in Southern Gospel Music including The Gospel Harmony Boys, The Rebels Quartet and The Representatives Quartet. He not only brings to us a history in gospel music but also an unmistakable rich tenor voice that blends well with the other vocals in Forgiven 4 Quartet. He and his wife Jeanne reside in Parkersburg, WV.

STEVE BLACK - is no stranger to Southern Gospel music and great quartets.  His music resume' includes time spent with classic quartets such as the Rebels and the Gospel Harmony Boys.  In 1989, Steve was chosen by the Singing News Magazine as one of the top three new voices in Southern Gospel music.  His smooth vocals and tremendous range are a great blessing to the group, and his spirit and love for Christ will bless you!  Steve and his wife Carol reside in South Point, OH.
